Salvage Certificação, Projetos e Serviços Offshore is a Recognized Organization (RO) authorized by the Directorate of Ports and Coasts of the Brazilian Navy (Ordinance 31/2023) to perform statutory surveys and issue certificates for Open Sea and Inland Navigation.
About us
Salvage commenced activities in 2011 with experienced professionals delivering technical consultancy for major offshore projects. In 2016, expanded into naval engineering executing special maritime operations, marine surveys, and risk analysis. In 2023, signed the Delegation Agreement with the Directorate of Ports and Coasts (DPC) to survey and certify vessels on behalf of the Brazilian Navy in Open Sea and Inland Navigation nationwide.

Certifications
Salvage acts as a Recognized Organization (RO) authorized by the Directorate of Ports and Coasts (DPC) of the Brazilian Navy under Ordinance 31/2023. We are fully empowered to conduct statutory surveys and issue certificates on behalf of the Brazilian Maritime Authority for vessels operating in Open Sea and Inland Navigation up to 500 Gross Tonnage (GT).
