Ethical principles, professional duties, and corporate governance governing the conduct of all Salvage staff and surveyors.

1. PREAMBLE

Respect for life in all its forms, manifestations, and situations is the fundamental ethical principle guiding care for quality of life, health, environment, and safety at Salvage and its clients and partners. This Code of Ethics aims to establish values and principles to ensure the conduct of the Salvage team. As a Recognized Organization, Salvage focuses on the technical and social role, rights, and duties of the profession when performing services representing the Maritime Authority.

2. OUR VALUES

I. Independence Salvage and its employees shall not engage in any activity that conflicts with their independence of judgment and integrity regarding statutory certification and related services. II. Loyalty Loyalty to purposes, values, and principles is a fundamental obligation. Our employees must remain faithful to established standards. III. Impartiality Our employees must maintain an upright professional relationship with clients, managing potential conflicts of interest. IV. Integrity Our team acts with honesty, transparency, and good faith at all times. V. Confidentiality Salvage maintains strict secrecy over all information obtained during executed services. VI. Competence Statutory certification is executed using competent, qualified, and authorized surveyors. VII. Responsibility All employees are responsible for their functions, decisions, and actions. VIII. Transparency We commit to the principle of access to information regarding statutory certification performed on behalf of a Flag State.

3. OUR DUTIES

a. Corporate Governance: Treat all clients equitably, conduct business with transparency, foster credibility, and refrain from unfair competition or undisclosed advantages. b. Employee Relations: Ensure safe working conditions, respect union rights, promote diversity, and safeguard health and privacy. c. Client Relations: Execute contracts with technical rigor, maintain confidentiality, prevent conflicts of interest, protect physical and intellectual property, and enforce zero tolerance against harassment or discrimination.
